Hello my sweet angel girl.... We are now nearing the end of a year that has been of mixed emotions to us all. Finding out i was pregnant with you in january was so happy for daddy & i & such a bonus to find out in may that you were our long for daughter. your birth in June came as quite a shock as you were so premature but the doctors were so pleased that you were doing so well, so hope fully you would go from strength to strength, but you were only lent to us baby for 3 precious days. Those 3 days are imprinted on my mind forever as you made me the happiest mummy ever... Then the grief & saddness was to overwhelm us forever more as you were cruelly smatched away from us. anniversaries such as your due date & xmas have came & went with such saddness as i think about the "what if's"... you should have been here with us to celebrate. As we move on to the next year 2007 im going to remember 2006 with pride... that we produced such a beautiful, brave little girl that was too precious to stay with her mummy & daddy, so was taken to join the angels. Im hoping that 2007 will be a differant outlook as i know that you, Ella-Mae will be looking out for your new baby brother/sister & you will be there in spirit to help your mummy get through as you are such a proud big sister. We love you so much sweet baby girl... you are my first born & forever our precious angel. Forever in our hearts, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

They say memories are golden, well maybe that is true. I never wanted memories, I only wanted you. A million times I needed you, a million times I cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still. In my heart you hold a place no one could ever fill. If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane, I'd walk the path to heaven and bring you back again. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again
